Ways to Fund Gravure’s Future…

The Annual Fund

The GEF Annual Fund supports University Programs to ensure that students receive the very best training, which combines theory and hands-on learning. The Annual Fund also supports the administrative costs of the Foundation.

Corporate Leadership Scholarship

A gift of $2,000 annually creates a Corporate Leadership Scholarship in your company’s name. A recipient is selected based on criteria that you determine.

General Scholarship Fund

Each year, the GEF supports students at GEF-designated Gravure Resource Centers through a general GEF Scholarship Fund. Your gift in any amount will be pooled with the other gifts designated to this fund to create individual scholarships of $1,500 per recipient. Faculty at each GEF Resource Center select scholarship recipients.

Corporate Endowed Scholarship

A minimum gift of $25,000 is required to establish an endowed scholarship in your company’s name. This gift may be given upfront or may be pledged over several years. Preserving the principal, the GEF will award a scholarship annually in the amount of $1,000. A recipient is selected based on criteria that you establish.

Memorial Scholarship Fund

A gift to this fund will preserve the legacy of education and gravure industry supporters: H. Howard Flint, II, President & GEO, Flint Ink Corporation; Harry V. Quadracci, Founder & President, Quad/Graphics, Inc.; Leon C. Hart, GEF Director 1994-2000; and Werner B. (Dutch) Thiele, owner of Thiele-Engdahl, Inc. Please be sure to indicate to which scholarship fund you would like your gift directed.
