The National Geographic Society won the Gravure Management Excellence Award for Sustainability in the Publication category this year. However, the really exciting story is the behind-the-scenes green movement that the Society has adopted which has made that award possible. Gravure magazine talked to Hans Wegner, Chief Sustainability Officer, who has been a significant player in the program, to discuss the company’s efforts.
