CAUTION! Make your reservations directly with the hotel as GAAmericas is not represented by any third party hotel accommodation agencies. There are reported instances of scam artists who claim to represent GAAmericas offering accomodations at a discounted rate.

Registration Rates:  For GAAmericas member suppliers and printers the early bird rate is $775 and regular rate is $875 per attendee.  Please note, the early bird rate deadline is October 6th.  The rate for endusers is $345 per attendee regardless of the registration date.  Ways to register:

Information:  The program is outstanding as usual.  Click on the brochure cover image above for the speaker and program details and all the conference logistics. Please note the following changes from the original program:

  • On Wednesday, November 15th  at 1:00pm, we will be joined by Todd Davis, Chief People Officer with Franklin Covey and author of GET BETTER: 15 Proven Practices To Build Effective Relationships at Work. Todd Davis explains that an organization’s greatest asset isn’t only its people; rather, it’s the relationships between its people that is the greatest predictor of personal and professional effectiveness. In the end, employees’ ability to build and sustain great relationships is an organization’s ultimate competitive advantage.
  • On Thursday, November 16th the Postal Governance Session will be held from 1:30-2:30PM. This is a change from the original time slot on Friday.  Joining the session will be Patrick Henderson, Quad/Graphics, Inc.  On Friday, November 17th, John Maine’s presentation will now take place at 9:00AM and the conference will conclude at 10:15AM.
  • On Wednesday, November 15th the Verso Corporation presentation will move from the 3:00 pm to the 10:00 am timeslot.  Chris Liedel from Smithsonian Enterprises is no longer speaking.

Distinguished Honorees:

  • Winners of the 2017 prestigious Golden Cylinder Awards for the Publication Category will be announced during the conference.
  • Also, the 2017 Class of the Cylinder Society will take their place among a group of prominent gravure industry stalwarts.

Then join us  for the council meeting where you will meet with fellow conference attendees who have been instrumental  in planning the event and find out more about how you can participate in future council activities. Be sure to participate in the Silent and Live Auctions benefitting the Gravure Education Foundation. The mission of the Gravure Education Foundation is to promote and support educational development in gravure technology by raising and properly distributing money and resources to deserving educational institutions and students.  By so doing, the Foundation will motivate and develop individuals with technical proficiency and leadership skills for the print communication industry.
